Where did you get that from Matt ? ,the same person who said that Chris OG had been paid up ??.
I think the club should give Evo every chance as I saw signs of improvement on Saturday despite the result ,other than that Nicky Law would be my choice .
Edit ,just seen Davies has  left Southport and is now odds on with VC

Kevin Davies has been sacked by Southport today and the Skybet odds have him at 10/11 from 8/1 to be the next Chesterfield manager, so Sky must know something to give him them odds. He did alright with Southport got them out of the relegation zone and were not far off the playoffs but then only won 1 in 8 games and dropped down the table but kept them up.

2 managers who managed Southport in the past who didn't get enough time were Paul Cook and John Coleman.
