New name in the frame according to Birmingham Mail....... Martin Jol. Loved him as a player at the Albion and liked him as a manager at Spurs where he was sacked very harshly imo.

That’s an interesting name. Used to have a great reputation but has now been out of work for a few years. When we all discussed Big Phil Scolari, the idea of an experienced man for a couple of seasons who can set the club up for the future ready for Big Dave to take the project forward sounded ok. He is 62 so fits the bill of vastly experienced guy.

I’m not overly enthused by the link though. I think I’d rather have him as DoF instead of Head Coach.
