The pitch was dry for both teams. We made it work for us in our attacking and defensive play. Even with this dry pitch Liverpool still went 2-0 up so it wasn’t a big problem for them. It only became a problem and convenient excuse when we came back into the game. Big Dave made changes and Klopp made changes. Big Dave’s worked, Klopp’s didn’t.

It’s not our fault if he and his team didn’t adapt to what was happening on the pitch.
