I think its because the fans aren't happy with the connection to Sheffield Wednesday.
You mean the connection to Mr Allen? Not really aware of any other substantial connection aside from him??
Also we had Chris Turner at the club as well.
Wow, not sure any of that is an actual connection to SWFC, rather just people who used to be with us ending up in Chesterfield!! Add Danny Wilson, John Sheridan, COG, Ritchie Humpreys and Drew Talbot to that list as well, all have been with both clubs, just not sure that constitutes a "connection" between the clubs!! I am just a bit confused that he refers to the "Sheffield thing" as if it was the football clubs policy to recruit ex-SWFC personnel or something??
