We played better than at or against most of the other top 6 sides (except Citeh and the Red Mancs in the Cup) but we were never getting anything from this game. Yards faster than Town on the pitch when they wanted to be and a speed of thought that made some of our lads look like they were pondering a chess move instead of kicking a football.
I thought at the time Van the Man's pass to Kane that set up their second was his most accurate of the day
