I don't like Wilkins either, but I can see his point that it undermines the authority of the manager. AP may deserve that but I presume that in most workplaces, having a go at the boss in front of his staff wouldn't be acceptable.
I'm not criticising Brunty at all as he was was wearing heart on sleeve and must've been full of adreneline.
And it shows he bloody well cares!
