Not entirely sure how you can do a list of the six worst pundits and not have Collymore on it.

Sorry. I missed out on Collymore and Merson + others, trying too quickly to post (before I went out).
No one's come up with "that girl", though. I think she plays for England Ladies (or Women).

A few minutes of googling suggests it may be Alex Scott, who plays for Arsenal Ladies and formerly England (now retired).
