Was angry about the VAR decisions yesterday but have had time to calm down and rationally consider it, I have long been calling for video refs so it would be hypocritical now to be angry ....... provided that VAR is used fairly for both sides then it is a good thing ...... yes it appeared to favour Liverpool yesterday but I would rather win or lose fairly than get a result or lose to some of the appalling decisions we have suffered in the past ..... a VAR 200 miles away can not be effected by the crowd, chairmen or influence of the big clubs ..... in theory.
It's new technology, it will speed up with application, every goal or penalty decision should be checked by VAR, it shouldn't infringe on game play to much when up to speed ... fans can still celebrate the goals but there may be more choruses of " you thought you had scored ..... you were wrong, you were wrong ".
