And totally agree with Charles' description of all things Bud....utter shi** (unless you're talking about the proper Budweisser, the stuff actually brewed in Budweis, Czech Republic).

Zin, Interesting fable about Bud here in the US. I lived in Chicago for 12 years and any true Chicagoan will never drink Budweiser due to it being a St Louis company and those two cities having a big sports rivalry, but that’s not the only reason they don’t drink it. Back at the turn of the last century the city of Chicago reversed the flow of the Chicago river so that the “waste” the river picked up as it ran through the city would not flow into Lake Michigan, which is where the city’s drinking water comes from. As a consequence of this, the river now flowed from Chicago until it reached the Mississippi river which then flowed into St Louis and was where the Bud brewery got it’s water supply from. As the City of St Louis were angry at Chicago for sending all their waste down to them, the inhabitants took delight in saying that the brewery collected all the piss from Chicago, turned it into Bud, bottled it and shipped it back to Chicago as beer, hence why it’s often referred to as piss-water in Chicago!!!
