I listened to this story as well and it appears that a 'soft hit' would be favoured at Ibronx where they fall into administration, lose 15 pts (does that remind you of another previous Scot footie offender eh?) but remain in the top Scot footie league! If that was their 'game plan', I would block this ploy 'tooth n nail' mainly because they are a 'previous offender'. I've previously commented the system re bankruptcy, admin, liquidation etc is ludicrously weak in this country and still favours the offender to abuse the system again and it doesn't just happen in football - a total joke with no proper regard for the 'victims' of this kinda financial malpractise!
