carlos had a team of that that Sg moulded well into a strong unit its just needed tweeking with some firepower and skill 
which is what carlos did pretty easy buy buying fessi hooper and wallace to some exstent 
in the first season he was here. Now this team jos (as he will be called becuase im fucked if im writting his second name down ever 
) takes a team over that is a complete and utter shambles apart from maybe a few it needs a complete clear out and a whole new identity which youre not going to get over two months and it will be impossible to clear out all the dogshit before the summer 
so its next season and next season only
