Well if thats the case,we may be paying fees which means our approach has changed ,DA's policy has always been not to pay fees .Does this change of tack suggest new owners behind it ? I know its DA's money but it may be a temporary arrangement .
Then again why would DA loan money if new owners were coming in ? Surely the new owners would fund it ?
Im going round in circles here .
