Fleetwood I do know. The owner has offices at Fleetwoods ground and the club charge him a fantastically high rent for them. Thus he puts money in the club that goes in as takings. Wigan and Mansfield I have no idea but its probably something similar.
Rules - what rules, theres always a way round them.
