As far as FFP is concerned ,does a loan count as income so therefore increase the revenue ? Not sure .
How do clubs like Wigan ,Mansfield and Fleetwood have budgets which are seemingly much higher than the revenue through the gates ? because the owner funds them but I dont know what form this funding takes .
