You're still not convinced?   I have been convinced for some time that he is not the man for the job I want performed at West Brom.

He might be a very good coach on the training ground
He might be a very good developer of the youth
He might even be a great motivator and have the squad all happy little chaps
He might just keep us up. But it will be ugly and uninspiring

But,
He is not showing any tactical skills
He is not using the squad that was accumulated for him - why (did he not want them, does he not approve of the summer purchases)

If I had been JP and invested all that money (relatively large for us) then I would be very concerned about the return I was getting!

Well i was never convinced either and have always felt he's been getting away with it, for me his time is up IF this was Irvine's first job i could be a lot more lenient with him but this guy has already failed at Preston and Sheffield Wednesday this is what some of the "give him a chance" club sometimes fail to consider, He was negative at both previous clubs and he is not going to change!
