So, you'd obviously refuse to accept Pay increases and better working conditions, Bob. Fair play to you.
Striking for a pay rise is counterproductive, no pay for say three months on a 20k salary is £5000, get a 3% pay rise, £600 per annum, eight to nine years to cover your losses ....... so you lose, your family lose and your company lose. This is a little simplified but you get the gist.
