You only need to look down the road at Blues they made an inspired choice and they are already seeing the rewards, We go for a failed manager/coach who inspires no one we didn't even have that exciting honey moon period that can happen for a lot of new bosses i know we never actually know how they perform until they take over but that Rowett appointment always seemed the right choice the same as the Irvine appointment never felt right, the sooner he is gone the better cause these winnable home games are passing us by and i honestly can't see Irvine having the bottle to go for it against both West Ham and Villa.
