It wouldn't surprise me if it had already happened, straight after the game, the interview was just like a leaving speech, to the extent that he wasn't even spending 5 minutes with Conte after the match, straight off back to Bournemputh  

Sounds about right. If TP is out then the official announcement will probably be made tomorrow morning or afternoon after a final meeting between TP and the Owner, Chairman, Sporting Director etc to sort out severance pay and any other contractual issues.

Then the discussions for replacement will begin and in 6 months time TP's replacement will be found.
