I think criticism of Koeman at Everton is quite harsh as he didn't get a proper chance to try and turn things around.  He's done a good job elsewhere and I'm beginning to think he'd be open to take the job here as a means to help rebuild his reputation.

Whoever we do bring in though, it needs to be before January to give them the chance to tweak the squad to their choosing, and I'd bring Leko back from his loan spell too.
