I recall some newspaper, maybe the E&S, reporting that Steve Clarke’s record over 38 games in a calendar year justified his dismissal.

Looking at Pulis’s record since the 2-1 win over Bournemouth last season, the 26th game of that campaign which brought up the 40 points, our record has been:

2016-17 P12 W1 D2 L9 GF7 GA19 Points 5
2017-18 P11 W2 D4 L5 GF9 GA14 Points 10
Totalling P23 W3 D6 L14 GF16 GA33 Points 15, and that’s with summer squad improvements

Extrapolating for 38 games, that’s P38 W5 D10 L23 GF26 GA55 Points 25 = relegation

I can’t remember Steve Clarke’s record over his 38 games, but I can’t see how Pulis can possibly survive even this weekend with his record.
