Interesting to read on the BBC Sport website a comment from Tony Pulis that John Williams went into the dressing room after the game to talk to the players. I personally don’t think that’s a good sign, he could leave chitchat till upstairs in the bar, but if he was delivering words of consolation and encouragement, he’s doing something maybe Pulis can’t do any longer.
