I wonder if any such hiccups are caused by the end users own operating system or search engine used.

I'm in the travel industry which nowadays is 99% internet based  and on frequent occasions we find problems if say you access a site via Mozilla Firefox rather than Internet Explorer or vice verse. Also, the Operating System being used can be an issue. We can do something's using Windows XP that we can't if using Windows 7.

Just a thought.....
