Well it's the last of three fixtures that were gonna be 'testy' for Hibs and they've lost the first two matches v the current top two footie sides in the Scottish Premiership. Now we move on to the first derby match of the season v opposition that is definitely of lesser quality and will possibly just sneak in to the top six spot in the latter part of the season if luck favours them. However, we'll be playing in a fixture where the opposing manager is Mr Negativity personified and we'll see the usual 'difficult to beat' (back to the bad old days) scenario where Hearts will try to 'steal the match' unless Hibs embrace this fixture in an attacking sense and win it with aplomb.I've previously commented in another thread that we've sold on our talismanic derby striker, Jason Cummings, and that is a concern to lose a striker who was never fazed by this fixture and always had 'something to prove' against them. I just pray that our new strikers 'take up the mantle' and win this match thereby extending Hibs unbeaten run in this fixture and put Levein, a negative footie manager and ex player, who I've never rated, firmly in his place! I'd love to see a 'thrashing' where all scoring shots and Lady Luck 'go our way' but that's wishful thinking on my part. Also it's prob too early, but I'd like to see Darren Mac's return asap - we're losing too many soft goals. On that note, will Laidlaw lose his place to Rocky as well?
