I see what you mean re that 'piece of maroon sticking plaster' Jim lol! It looks totally 'out of place' on that frontage! Also is that a prefab construction that they've opted for? It looks like it and, if it is a prefab option, the words 'cheap n nasty' come to mind - in other words, construction costs of such a structure are well up compared with our development a few years ago. So is this a 'premium build'?
