C-O-L-I-N is exactly the sort of manager we need. He knows how to win, win ugly if need be, and motivate players. There is just one problem; he's a feffing B-L-U-N-T!!!!!!

But, I still think he's a professional Oval and would take his job seriously. He'd be paid well enough.  

On a purely unbiased note Colin lives in Cornwall now as he semi retired there a few years ago. Cardiff is not such a hike for him and probably suits him. There's no way he's going to commute to Sheffield.
