Tony Pulis is in the same position as Roy Hodgson was in February 2012. His way is not working and with these better players, more is expected from him. Therefore he has to either adapt and change or stick and sink. Hodgson adapted and changed which made us better, I hope Pulis does the same. (It is doubtful though)
To be fair to TP he does deserve a bit more time with this squad. He earned it with last season's 10th place finish. It has been 3 league games and 1 cup game since the transfer window closed and the next 3 games against Leicester, Southampton and Manchester City takes us to the end of October. 2 months, 6 league games and a cup game is enough time for change to occur. If the results, style of play and performances haven't changed by then and we are further down the table then he should definitely go.
