Meandbren, I think I fall into all of those categories, my hatred of the FA, the premier league and what English football has become makes it difficult to get overly emotional one way or the other, my sense of fair play says he kept us up without the support of decent transfer windows give him time with decent players, the fan in me says I want success and entertainment the like of which is not being and is unlikely to be delivered whilst trying not to lose, the 1 - 0 wins under SGM were not always the best but they were wins and we had success ....... I could go on ..... fans are never totally satisfied and eventually every fan that predicts a manager to fail will get it right unless your man ure with SAF even arsenal fans that slagged off AW could be right with him failing eventually. Patience seems to be what's needed generally but with fans turning away from boring football how long can you wait.
