Also puzzled by the Lambert substitution but, in a way quite relieved that Saido didn't come on at the end.

What could he have done in the last few minutes and there was always the  possibility that he could have got injured.

Quite surprised that there weren't more yellow cards last night with quite a few reckless tackles going in.

Agree THIS MORNING Oh Silver One......but was really annoyed with the fact that he didn't come on last night!
The situation was made for him to have a good 30 min run out

Oh well - maybe he'll have the mentality of still having a point to prove, which should benefit us.

(On the 'reckless tackles' thing, I thought it was a good old fashioned aggresive - but not nasty, sneaky, cheating - match ....apart from when The Ox got blocked out - should've been a red IMO. BAN ALL FOREIGN PLAYERS from the PL, I say!! )
