But then when I worked for university admissions I had to ring a headmaster and explain why our email scanning system automatically rejected all his emails. The school was very obviously religiously-based and he sounded quite Ian-Paisleyish. Step one of telling him the problem was his own surname went okay till the confused silence evident on the line led into a more detailed explanation for Mr Boner .........
