One of our more obscure H's is also one of the most famous names in English football: Geoff Hurst, who managed about a dozen games for us.
I saw Hoppy get a cracking goal up at Oldham (early 90s?), but he was a bit of a loose cannon.
Geoff Hurst was, of course, knighted following his illustrious spell with us. I think he was Johnny Giles' first signing after we got back into the 1st Division.
