4-3-3 isn't GC's format. All the friendlies have been 3-5-2. That rules out 3 forwards.

We know that but my preferred formations on football manager are 4-3-3, 4-4-2, 4-3-2-1, 4-2-3-1 and 3-5-2 but the 2 wingers in a 3-5-2 formation have to track back while defending to create a 5-3-2.
