Got to agree with Imre on this 
CC is the problem 
it's like he's read all the previous managers CV's and decided that square pegs fit round holes in a 4-4-2 at Wednesday 
FFS use a bit of imagination and if a certain player is injured, like they always are in the vortex, change the formation to suit the abilities of what you have It MUST be f'ucking rocket science
