And therein lies the problem with classifying players as legends!!  I for one would not class Varadi, Banno or Champan as legends, not because they weren't good players but that none of them made enough appearances for us, in fact none of them made over 150 appearances for us!!!  Mark Bright comes into that category as well although he may have a better shout for that one goal in 1993!!  For a player who didn't play a lot of games (300+ minimum) for us, then for them to be legends they have to be probably the best we ever saw in that position!!  Thats how Roland Nilsson gets in for me but that rules out others such as Mark Bright.

Devils advocate   how would you class Waddle on then ?

Waddle falls into the category as probably the best players ever to play for SWFC in his given position but played less than 300 games. Same as Nilsson.
