Negredo - I read this article and noted these worrying comments:

"He managed to muster 10 goals and 4 assists during his time with Boro. The paltry goal return was mainly because of Boro’s lack of creative players as they focused too much on their defensive side of the game under Karanka. By the time he was sacked, it was too late to change the style and salvage anything from the season."

This is my worry. Even if we bought Harry Kane the style of play and the lack of service would kill his confidence and he'd be lucky to get into double figures. I doubt Rondon will become a goal machine but I suspect the lack of service is a bigger issue!
