I don't get why clubs offer more than 1 yr rolling contracts for managers where if you reach targets you get another year, if not it's re-negotiated. It would make more sense business wise.

And if anyone says it wouldn't happen in real life I'll point you in the direction of Pep Guardiola who was only ever given 1yr contrs at Barceloa.
