Showed the players a photo of our last first division squad from 1972 and he said we need some new heroes.
One change to the play off rules I would make, and this is to stop those cynical challenges theo mentioned above. Make it so that two yellows over the two legs makes you suspended for the final. There was a lot of taking one for the team on Sunday, well maybe they'll think about it twice if there's a threat of suspension ahead.
