Good bye to Anders Lindegaard, last two times he played for us he picked the ball out fo the net 11 times, good signing at the time but can actually see why he has played under 200 games in a 14 years career.

The big Dane mainly used as a substitute ill be remembered for a hat trick against Bournemouth in the League Cup, plus a last minute leveller at Brighton. Awkward to play against has done a decent job but need to move on.

The last two seasons have been a bit of a right off, with two really lengthy injuries and whenn he did play he got sent off in successive games, the first at Sheffield Wednesday in thbe still loony episode of fighting his own player Eoin Doyle.
Will be remembered for his loan spell in the promotion and play off campaign, where this bit of commentary from Sky is now in Preston folklore.
