Going back to your opening paragraph. In all seriousness, I was one of the few Town fans who said we would make the top six. Unfortunately I didn't say it on here because we didn't have the season position predictions thread that, I think it was you, wanted to do.
I put my grand prediction on the Unexamined Facebook page, going further than the top six, actually predicting we would be champions. And I meant it. And yes I did get mocked.
I could see how well Wagz had done with his recruiting and got it all done early. The players had all had a full pre season with him and despite the poor end to last season, we looked like a damn good squad. I remember saying that I hadn't been this excited about a Town season since 1979/80. It's proved to be just as good as that and getting better.
