Too many on this thread are saying the Tories have got it sewn up. Ignore the polls. The polls got it wrong in the 2015 General Election, they got it wrong in the EU Referendum and the polls got it wrong in the US Presidential election. If people ignore the right wing media and ignore the polls and vote on policies and remember what the Tories have done in the last 7 years then the Tories wouldn't be anywhere near a majority. The polls and right wing media have far too much influence on how people vote in this country.

We've had 7 years of a Tory Government and in those 7 years its been austerity for the poor and tax cuts for the top 1%. They introduced the bedroom tax, millions turned to foodbanks because they had there benefits cut and couldn't afford to feed themselves or there families. The NHS is in crisis, operations being cancelled, Doctors and Nurses being worked to the bone for little pay and patient's left on trolleys in the middle of corridors. They've introduced more zero hour contracts which means there's no job security or workers rights for employees. They tripled tuition fees for students which means students have a £30k plus debt over them before they start work, before they have a mortgage, before they start a family. They raised the pension ages up and many women born in the 1950s will have to work longer as a result, child poverty has gone up, waiting times in A&E have gone up. Energy Prices have risen, food prices have gone up, private rents have gone up, cuts to disability benefits, a housing crisis, sold off the Royal Mail and other National assets, fewer Doctors, fewer Nurses, fewer firefighters, fewer teachers and fewer Police officers. While MPs got a pay increase. Is it fair? NO IT BLOODY ISN'T!!!

And what are the Tories doing? Saying bloody soundbites under Cameron it was. "Long Term Economic Plan". Under May its. "Strong and Stable Leadership". And what does it mean? SOD ALL. It means nothing to those out there trying to make ends meet.
