As Mike Harding once said, "they don't talk, they sing and if you ain't got the music you're buggered." Been down here donkeys years and my toes still curl up a bit when a good looking lass talks with a full on West Midlands accent. I'd have no chance chatting anyone up from Lower Gornall. Even the folk in Gornall don't understand the folk in Lower Gornall. Mind you, the scouse nasal whine really sets my teeth on edge, but maybe this should be for another thread. Back to the footy.
