Think it speaks volumes when you consider that our reserves produced as many, if not more clear cut chances against City, than we did against Newcastle. One is a team that adopts an open, fluid style leaving gaps at the back to exploit, knowing full well they have the quality up top to score at will. Whereas the other is more rigid and drilled to keep two banks of four, and patiently wait for an opportunity to be gifted. Either by the opposition, or by the bloke with the whistle! We do seem to struggle more against the latter type it would seem. Anyhow, with Brighton slipping up yesterday, all is not lost. But we really need maximum points from next two to keep a turning that screw!!!
