Well we stole a point there, but I guess we have been a little spoilt of late.
A question though as I obviously don't understand the offside rule in relation to interfering with play.
How is a opposition player who is way offside who turns back towards the keeper and starts running towards the him from a few yards, not interfering with play just because he does not touch the ball? If they attract the keepers attention which it would, if someone was bearing down on them from that distance, surely that is interference? (their goal).
Stupid rule, IMO if you are not interfering with play you should not be on the pitch!
