It's also called 'FRUSTRATION' newhavenhibby lol at watching certain players who seem to be lacking an impetus to really 'push on' and I can understand hibeejim's comment of distrust in certain Hibs players not doing the job, particularly from the positive position that we currently occupy! The other part of that frustration is knowing that these players definitely 'raise their game' in bigger matches!! 
So it's not as though they are devoid of performing very well for Hibs - they can do it and we've witnessed that difference often enough when they clearly have 'something to prove'!
