Great servant to the club over eight years and more, and it would have been nice to see him make the full ten like Brunty and Mozza will, but he's just not a Premier League footballer anymore.Have to agree Ska'd. Olsson, although a wonderful servant to our great club, is now no longer able to cut it at the top level. Nyom on the other hand goes from strength to strength. Will be interesting to see what happens on Saturday. Another two goals from open play last night! This is another positive! No longer totally dependent on set piece play!
However, on a more positive note it's great to see Allan Nyom continuing from strength to strength (should Pulis keep him on the right and Brunty on the left for another few games and see how it works out?) and Chadli, although he didn't have the impact I'd have liked, is still proving himself a massive improvement on Sessegnon. That dummy on the touchline in the first half was sublime.
Hope we can continue to use Rondon's aerial threat in future; it's a side of the game we often seem to neglect in open play. Odemwingie was never big on headed goals, nor was Lukaku or Berahino, although Shane Long did score a few. If Clark and Astle were still around, I think the sight of that hat-trick would have taken them right back.
