John Cleese and Michael Palin had difficulty motivating a dead parrot. They would probably have the same trouble motivating some of our first teamers. The manager can only do so much then its up the players. They know they cant be dropped because of a poor performance as we are at the bottom of the barrel with selections. If the players cant show any pride in themselves then that's their fault.
