Im sorry Dancing but on the field the buck stops with the manager and I believe a better manager would get more out of these players.A team generally reflects a managers personality and Wilson stood with his arms folded for the whole game while his team strolled through the game is a good example.The worst thing about this situation is that he is basically unsackable.I am not usually prone to getting too down because normally in circumstances like this I think the manager will lose his job and theres a chance that someone will come in and improve us so there is always a light at the end of the tunnel ,but today I currently see no light.
He has a terrible record this season and regardless of the circumstances no one can defend 8 losses in a row and defeats of 1-4 Accy,1-4 Sheff U and 0-5 Wycombe chuffing Wanderers.If it was any other manager they would be screaming for his head but not our Danny. Unlike some I did not get carried away by the two recent victories,I felt we were fortunate in both games and rather than that being the norm it is the defeats that are the reality.He has been here nearly a year and has had time to at least mould some sort of team to call his own but we are worse now than when he took over .
I suppose as each week goes by his compensation amount falls slightly which makes it a little easier to sack him.That is unfortunately the only positive thing I can think of .

Pooch I agree with Dancing. It's not always the managers fault. The manager picks the players, tells them how to play he can't play the game for them, the players have to take responsibility as well as the manager. Also Pooch the club is in financial difficulties so how are we going to pay Danny off if we sack him? or how are we going to get a new manager with no money?

Danny's between a rock and a hard place and is trying to do his best with what he's got and I don't think any other manager could do any better.
