Cant blame the manager for that. We were worse than shocking. From the off we didn't want it and they did - simples. Got to say that is by far the worst most inept performance I have seen since we moved to the Proact and probably the worst ever performance I have seen from a Spireite team. The only player who looked half interested was Donoghue. Defence was just non existent as you will see from the videos. I cant bear to look again, it was excruciating. Luckily only 3.5k witnessed it and half of them left after the 3rd goal. I sat it out until 85th minute because I wanted to see if we could make it any worse.
Problem is Blue who else could he have picked that would have made it any better? We need Hird and Raglan back pdq. Evatt was superb last week but both him and Anderson were dire yesterday. Unmarked headers and waltzing through the middle again and again. Midfield was non existent. Ariyibi wants dropping he needs a wake up call and when O'Shea has a good game he wants dropping for the next 3 because that's the way he plays = 1 good game in 4. Fulton wants to learn how to be a keeper. If you go punch a ball you punch the bloody thing not flap your wrist at it straight to the opposition.......
John Croot was sat across the aisle from me in the East Stand, don't know if that signifies anything but in all honesty after yesterday I will have the same attitude as the players - I couldn't give a shit.
