Tony Pulis loses £3.7m Crystal Palace court battle

Personally I don't see the big deal over this. Everybody involved in the game is on the take in one form or another and you'd be very naive to believe otherwise. Legally Palace had grounds to chase the repayment due to contract terms and won the case. That puts it to bed in my eyes and we can solely focus on all matters Albion.

The biggest thief at the Albion is the now former chairman and former owner Jeremy Peace. Have any of the minority shareholders been made any offers yet for their shares? The same minority shareholders who put their money into the club when it was on it's knees? No, didn't think so!

Whilst solely looking at things from a Legal perspective he has done nothing wrong, but it's completely morally bankrupt to not offer the minority shareholders anything and I'm sure that a few million off the top of his reported £150-200 million that the club was bought for wouldn't have been noticed. Obviously under his reign we've established ourselves as a Premier League side but how the takeover was handled leaves a bitter taste for me personally now.
