We looked completely bereft of ideas going forward, and a complete shambles at the back. Their big fella up front was a handful, but come on, it was too bloody easy for him. A decent team would have walloped us last night, and I'm expecting one to come along sooner rather than later. Ref missed a couple that might on another day have been given as penalties, but that is papering over the cavernous cracks. You guys see them far more often than I do, and if this game is a reflection of how we play, I worry. Considering we have an international bias to our team, they couldn't play more like the pointless unpenetrating possession football that the England national team play if they tried. Having said all that, it's a lovely crisp sunny day today, so I'll chill a little, and forget about footy until the next time.
