It also looks like Mitt Romney will be given a prominent position by Trump - going by recent tv footage of an amicable meeting with the president elect and his team of officials. Now reflect back to the lotsa tv footage of Romney's criticisms and condemnation of Trump being nothing other than a con man. Romney was a man with conviction who would never have had any association with such a questionable character or so we thought - he conveyed that view to his supporters often enough!!! Now we have observed a massive compromise by a guy who has debased his true values IMO and I wonder how many decent Americans are cringing at this sight of Romney's concession to this demagogue??? I'd normally come out with the 'shameless politician' tag, such as I've observed and described some moronic UK politicians during and after Scottish referendum 2014, but I'm just subdued in utter shock at watching such a debasement of a human being by a power freak!
